- Are you an experienced HR professional who is looking for a new role specifically focusing on benefits and rewards? Do you have vendor management experience, and are able to communicate with stakeholders effectively?_

My client based in Felixstowe are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their already established team, as they go through a transition process in building a new global HR service. This role is office based for the training period, but then movesacross the hybrid working after training / probation has been completed.

**What’s involved?**
- To support a cluster of countries in Europe to act as an expert on the benefits programme that are on offer for these countries.
- Resolve any complex benefits enquires from employees in a timely and efficient manner.
- To manage the benefits platform on a day-to-day basis.
- To ensure all policies around benefits are updated and are stored on the relevant systems (Workday etc).
- To drive the alignment of benefits across brand and countries.
- Support global benefits programme roll outs, for example well being activities and work flex.
- To support with the vendor management, and liaise with the benefits suppliers, and work on the renewal process and negotiate new terms.

**Why you?**

You will ideally have 5-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits processes, ideally within an international organisation. You will have experience of UK benefits and will be able to work in a fast-paced role. You will work as part of a team and willbe collaborative work style.
