CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be exclusively supporting our Christchurch, Dorset client who is a currently needs a part time Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Our client is a well-established local family run retail business who needs a Payroll Assistant for 25 hours a week to support their monthly end-to-end payroll for c300 employees. This is a great opportunity for a payroll assistant looking for part time hours,our client can be flexible, to do shorter days across the 5 days or complete a longer 3 day week.
**What will the role involve?**
- Processing monthly payroll both salary and hourly;
- Collating hours from time and attendance system;
- Calculation of employee NI and pensions deductions;
- Submissions of P45s and P46s.
- Input and calculate SSP/ SMP calculations;
- Query resolution;
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality in data processing and management and to ensure full compliance with GDPR;
- Adhering to strict deadlines.
- Experience in processing end to end payroll;
- Experience working to strict deadlines;
- Confident Excel user;
- Up to date on payroll legislation.
- Highly advantageous to have previously experience with T&A machine, however this is not essential.
