**Could you support two men who have a learning disability? No experience needed, we will provide you with full, free training**
You will be part of the team supporting Daniel and Steve who live in their own supported living accommodation.
Daniel and Steve are aged 50 and 52. When they are not volunteering in the local charity shop or attending day services they both enjoy going on days and nights out.
- Steve has his ticket already booked for the Christmas pantomime. Other hobbies include canoeing, swimming ,watching films, listening to music or just having a good old chat. Daniel is fairly independent and works full time volunteering in a charity shop, his girlfriend comes round for tea, he is looking for someone to talk to help with budgeting. Daniel needs reassurance when he becomes a little anxious.
- You'll also be assisting Steve and Daniel to keep a tidy house, food shopping. Part time roles available. sleep-in are required on every shift worked and paid at £60 per sleep.- Names changed for confidentiality

**Training and Development**
At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
But it doesn't stop there - throughout your career with us you will have access to our own dedicated in house Learning and Development team, Quality Specialists and HR Teams. These teams, along with your Manager, will provide you with opportunities to learn and develop professionally as well as enabling and supporting you to achieve professional qualifications and career progression opportunities - all free of charge.
