- **Job Opportunity**_
- Responsible for providing operational support and supervision to ensure highest standards are maintained in the operation and delivery of the SOC operational
- Accountable for scheduling and management of the day to day operation
- Accountable for delivering outstanding customer service and driving performance
- Leading and managing a team of skilled SOC CCTV Operators delivering excellence to customers
- Take responsibility for helping to achieve solutions and make change for the positive, identify short and long term trends and take action to make progressive changes for the SOC and its customers
- To deliver results from the SOC through full responsibility and accountability for your team
- Provide support to the SOC Manager in achieving deliverables
- Have operational knowledge of all the functions within the SOC
- Be held accountable for KPIs, ensuring all Operatives are managed to ensure outstanding performance and service
- Support the SOC Manager with sickness and absence from work including return to work and welfare support, be responsible for annual leave authorisation and planning of resources ensuring sufficient resilience
- Be first point of escalation for complaints, escalations for internal and external customers, prepare responses to customer complaints, escalating to SOC Manager for review for serious matters (damage to reputation, cost incurred)
- Ensure continuous process improvements that lead to better quality/efficiency and increased customer satisfaction Support management by providing evidence based reporting, identifying causation and proposing solutions to barriers/blocks to excellence within the SOC / company wide
- Maintain efficiencies by supporting a positive operations/service center atmosphere and an overall stimulating work environment
- Actively provide assistance and advice for all Securitas/Airbus colleagues in both routine and emergency situations
- To help build, develop, lead and retain a team of operatives that believe and demonstrate through their work that Securitas is different to other Security service providers through:

- Any other duties as directed in support of SOC Manager, work and objectives
