- Escort clients to appointments and outings as needed
- Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor

- Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, dementia care, nursing home, or home care settings is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.60-£12.53 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
