Customer Service Team Leader

To ensure all queries and calls coming through are dealt with in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
To liaise with customers regarding water samples and customer queries for commercial water testing and domestic water testing.
Manage customer and lab requirements using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Responsible for Domestic Water Testing receipt of samples and registration, as well as managing the DWT inbox and phone calls.
Ensure clear communication with customers regarding requests and deliver consumables to customers.
Manage customer logistics.
Assistance in the day-to-day management of the sample log and registration. Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
Liaise with team to ensure all reports are sent to the client on time.
Working alongside the Customer Services Team Leader, Head of Customer Services, Laboratory Managers and the Operations Manager to ensure a high level of service is delivered to each customer.
Liaise with the Quality Manager to ensure that customer complaints are resolved suitably and that the client is notified of the actions undertaken.
Ensure all customer expectations are met and build customer relationships.
Ensure that clients are kept up to date with updates and changes and appropriate UKAS required information is sent through to the clients.
Flexibility as per business needs.
To have excellent communication skills, and to be confident when dealing with external bodies.
To be able to work within set targets and goals, and be able to manage expectations.
To have a good eye for detail and understand fully the business processes.
To be able to work well in a team, with an open, honest and approachable character.
Previous customer service experience preferred ( >2 years).
