- Full time - 5 days per week. Hybrid available after successful 3 months service**Job Purpose/Summary**:

- To maintain the purchase ledger, by ensuring invoices are posted in a timely manner, and that supplier accounts are regularly reconciled.**Main Responsibilities/Key Tasks**:- Post purchase invoices.
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts to statements.
- Purchase ledger maintenance including dealing promptly with unapplied cash, requesting VAT invoices, copy invoices, resolving queries.
- Daily cashbook posting.
- Monthly payments runs.
- Administration of company credit cards and coding and posting expense claims.
- Balancing petty cash.
- Paying authorised expenses weekly.
- Assistance with management accounts.
- Assistance with the financial audit.
- Ad-hoc and compliance tasks in connection with the maintenance of the financial records.**Person Specification**
