Job Title: Design and Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented Design and Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our brand to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Develop and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective
- Analyze marketing campaign results to measure their effectiveness and provide insights for future campaigns
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and graphic designers, to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
