What you'll do:

- Creating and/or coordinating the production of promotional media for the e-commerce, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing.
- Monitoring advertising performance including website traffic, audience reached, lead on sales.

Accountability Level:
Experienced individual contributor (specialist operational/technical role, or experienced professional). Works independently, with limited supervision. Problems faced may be difficult but can be addressed within an established framework

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure website reporting and optimisation including monitoring traffic to, and conversion on the website, including sources, conversions, campaign attribution and page visits.
- Create content updates across social media channels and websites.
- Work with agencies and internal teams to make recommendations and proactively improve site and page performance and deliver fully optimised SEM on a global basis.
- Analyse and report on behaviour of platform users across markets and devices through the creation of reports and dashboards, as well as responding to ad hoc requests when necessary.
- Determine and analyse ROI on our multi-platform activities, recommending and implementing appropriate changes.
- Highlight, critique, test and deploy modules and assets which improve our UX.
- Design, code, test and maintain technical solutions and provides support for regional teams.
