Quantum Detectors is a spinout from STFC and Diamond Light Source, based at Harwell Campus. Quantum Detectors develops technology and provides a route to market for instrumentation developed by Diamond, STFC, and other internationally renowned facilities. Ourproducts are well respected and installed in leading universities and national labs around the world.
The Sales and Marketing team is looking for a passionate individual to expand the marketing capability at Quantum Detectors and support the marketing strategy through the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
You will undertake a Level 3 Marketing Assistant apprenticeship through Cambridge Marketing College for 18 months. During this course, you will learn to research the current marketing environment, assess customer behaviour and create effective marketing plans.This is a 2-year fixed term contract.
**Key skills and responsibilities**:

- Digital content creation (blogs, photos, and videos).
- Social media marketing including; Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Organise and create specific conference and event materials
- Enhance engagement rates on social media channels

**Essential aptitude**:

- Strong willingness to learn
- Excellent general written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Strong time management

**Further Information**As part of a fast-growing company, you will be expected to have an all hands-on deck attitude to work, your role and responsibilities will be dictated by the business needs and will, at times, be outside of those detailed above.
