We are looking for an experienced Barista to run and manage our on-site coffee shop, 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday term time only. This is a full time position but consideration would be given to a job share

Job Description
Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
Efficiently prepare and present a variety of sweet and savoury snacks
Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
Be a part of the wider team assisting on other tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role
Great work ethic and an even greater smile.
Good listening and verbal communication skills
Have a contagiouspassion for coffee, tea and customer service
Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a positive attitude to problem solving
Some knowledge of food safety and health and safety
