The Senior Administrator will be part of a wider Business Support function.
The post holder will have a key role in providing secretarial, administrative and organisational support across the full range of office and service activities, including the smooth running of the office, secretarial/administrative support to a range of frontline clinicians & managers.
This is a permanent contract working 21.5 hours per week.
providing excellent customer service by responding to incoming telephone queries in a timely and accurate way
general administrative tasks
use of electronic systems
preparation of electronic and paper files
assisting with reporting and compilation of data
producing and printing letters and reports
processing of incoming correspondence
Support to Managers and Clinical staff working remotely
