We are looking for an office based Administrator to support our site staff and engineers with the purchasing of materials and equipment

Prefered Part time hours 9.30 to 2.30 Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with key colleagues
- Placing orders for site materials
- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers,
- Identifying potential suppliers and building and maintaining good relationships with them.
- Checking the quality of service provided by suppliers.
- Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future.
- Producing submissions of equipment
- Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives.

*Compiling operating and maintenance manuals
- Support the business in any way necessary as appropriate when requested by Directors or Management.

**Skills**:

- Previous experience within building services is desirable but not essential
- Excellent social skills.
- Good administration skills.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Have good spoken and written communication skills.
- Have good organising skills.
- Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail.
- Be able to use databases, spreadsheets, word processing and excel.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
