**Your New Team**

The Group Projects and Change Team is based out of Hay's head office at Triton Street and is responsible for the successful planning and delivery of global strategic projects for the business. Sitting at the heart of the business, reporting directly intoHay's Chief Customer Officer, and working closely with regional teams, the team coordinates and leads the project and change management on a variety of key global projects, ranging from the implementation of innovative system solutions to complex organisationaland cultural change, focussed on improving efficiency, and customer and employee experience.

**Your New Role**
- Providing day to day support to group project and change manager and group head of change
- Support project planning activities and documentation of objectives, detailed project plans, and roles and responsibilities
- Monitoring progress and completion of key project tasks, coordinating global project team members to ensure progress stays on track
- Monitoring and managing key dependencies between workstreams
- Identification and escalation of key risks and issues across project workstreams
- Scheduling and planning project meetings
- Capturing, documenting and communicating minutes, outputs and actions from key project meetings
- Organising, managing and maintaining all project related documentation i.e. project plan, status updates, RAID, resource schedule
- Coordinating project team communication
- Designing and producing regular reporting to demonstrate project progress, translating gathered insight into meaningful communications and actions required
- Coordinating third party supplier activity and monitoring progress on key deliverables against agreed defined criteria and timeline
- Coordination/Management of global Portfolio Management tool, working with regional product owners to ensure data is kept up to date, developing the tool in line with business need, and becoming the global knowledge expert on the tool to support regionalproduct owners

**Key Requirements**
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with an ability to adapt style to engage effectively with all levels of seniority and different functions within the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively influence a varying audience
- Self-motivated, driven, and proactive, demonstrating the initiative to get things done
- Determination and persistence
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fast learner, able to adapt to change quickly
- Experience of working in a project related environment (preferred 1-2 years' experience minimum)
- Scrum Master
- Proficient O365 User
