Starting salary -£23996.96 per annum - (£21,500 + £2499.96 shift allowance)
*After successful completion of a 6 month probation salary will increase by £1000 per annum)*
Monday to Friday - Rotating weekly shift pattern 05.45am until 2.15pm & 1.45pm - 10.15pm**
Our client based in Weedon, Northamptonshire is looking to recruit a Pharmaceutical Production Operative / Technician.
Full and in depth training will be provided within the role and therefore our client requires a pro-active ,dedicated and committed individual to embrace this excellent opportunity.
**Pharmaceutical Operative role**:
As a Pharmaceutical Production Operative you will be involved in the hands on manufacture of medications for the overseas market.
**Pharmaceutical Production Operative responsibilities**:

- Maintains safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions
- Troubleshooting breakdowns; calling for repairs
- Maintains right first time at min 99%
- Documents production by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches
- Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities
- Enhances organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; to add value to job accomplishments
- Maintains own training records and ensures full compliance to SOP's
- Perform dispensing activities as and when required
- Works in a safe, methodical manner at all times
- Protects self and others, and reports any hazards promptly
- Conducts him/her self in a professional manner at all times

**Requirements**:

- Ideally you will have worked in either Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing in a previous role although this is not essential
- Ideally you will educated to degree level or equivalent, although again this is not essential
