**Job Summary**: As our Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets through the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies. You will leverage your expertise in direct marketing and business development to cultivate relationships with clients, identify new opportunities for revenue generation, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the business psychology industry, exceptional leadership skills, and keen to expand our company in a fast pace environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients, and partners to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including direct marketing, and finance, to execute integrated sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyse direct market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and theoretical practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
