This will involve onboarding: for smooth transition for new customers. Education: to help customers understand and use the product. Check-ins: for regular communication and feedback. Resolution: to swiftly address challenges. Value: to ensure customer goals are met. Relationships: to build trust and loyalty. Advocacy: to encourage brand advocacy and growth. The ultimate goal of customer success is to create a win-win situation where customers are happy and successful, leading to increased retention rates, positive word-of-mouth, and sustainable business growth. Requirements You are eligible for an ESPA internship if you are a registered student or have graduated within the past two years and have access to some form of grant funding.
