Mentored throughout, you will gain an in depth understanding of the business and work within experienced teams to research, analyse and evaluate the customer and supplier journey. This will involve onboarding: for smooth transition for new customers. Education: to help customers understand and use the product. Check-ins: for regular communication and feedback. Resolution: to swiftly address challenges. Value: to ensure customer goals are met. Relationships: to build trust and loyalty. Advocacy: to encourage brand advocacy and growth. The ultimate goal of customer success is to create a win-win situation where customers are happy and successful, leading to increased retention rates, positive word-of-mouth, and sustainable business growth. Requirements You are eligible for an ESPA internship if you are a registered student or have graduated within the past two years and have access to some form of grant funding.
