Sherbet London, the Electric Taxi Company is looking for a Media Production Assistant to join the Media Team at our Dalston Office, to assist and support the Media Manager/ Media Director from lead to booking confirmation through to campaign delivery.

This role will encompass working closely with the Media management team to ensure that the company is able to successfully respond to Agency and Client requests, manage artwork timelines and deadlines, liaise between printers and client production team, and service clients' request on campaign delivery.

Description:

- Work alongside the Media Manager to provide production timelines for Media Clients and provide support with media specifications.
- Check all incoming artwork provided by Media clients against specification and resolution and highlight any concerns regarding the artwork update the client accordingly.
- Liaise with the printers regarding artwork and delivery schedules as required. File all incoming artwork by Client.
- Oversee artwork mock-ups’ as per client requests, provided deadlines to client for incoming artwork, co-ordinate print files, and manage storage of artwork, liaise with councils and TFL for artwork approval, liaise with fitting team on stock levels
- Provide marketing team with photography and campaign information for Website updates
- Assist with Client photography, and PR co-ordination as required.
- Update media presentations for Media Sales and Media Campaign Management.
- Maintain strong relationships across print suppliers, PR drivers, photographers and videographers as required.
- Client delivery of proof of posting, post campaign reporting and adhoc campaign requirements.
