We are looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our creative team.
Reporting into the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts across various platforms, creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.
Plan, create, and schedule compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and stories.
Support in increasing brand awareness, engagement, and following.
Film and edit videos to produce high-quality and engaging content.
Utilise basic Photoshop and image design skills to create visually appealing graphics and designs.
Manage community engagement by posting content, moderating comments, responding to direct messages, and sharing stories from partners, influencers, and fans.
Monitor social media channels for User Generated Content (UGC) and leverage it to enhance brand presence.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximise effectiveness.
Track key performance metrics and generate insightful reports.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing objectives.
Utilise Meta Business Suite for scheduling and analysing social media performance.
Strong communication & organisation skills
Experience in Social Media management with the ability to identify and capitalise on social media trends.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
Experience in filming and editing videos.
Experience using Meta Business Suite for social media management
Good community management skills, including responding to comments and direct messages
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and image design
Ability to manage and plan content across multiple social media accounts simultaneously
Experience in data analysis and report writing
Familiarity with social media regulatory requirements and best practices.
Bonus Points:
Experience working in animation, VFX or games industries.
Interest in crafting/sewing skills.
