We are an technical animation and software company looking for an Office Admin Assistant required for 2 or 3 days a week based in Brighton.

Job roles will include:

- Dealing with Google Docs - mainly creating and updating spreadsheets
- Liasing with suppliers (including utililty companies) and customers for invoices and payments
- Making payments to suppliers
- Managing receipts and invoices
- Researching and purchasing parts
- Dealing with international customers and partners
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Update company data and records as necesary

**Main Skills**:

- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Previous Office Admin experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Previous database management / data entry experience
- Ability to organise own workload according to timeframes
- Knowledge of Shipping (Import and Export) would be an advantage
- A good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel
- A quick learner and able to understand and keep up to date multiple databases
- Able to use and understand all Microsoft Office tools inc Excel, Outlook etc
- Excellent communication / customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
