EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a successful independent Estate Agency based in Surrey, dealing with a variety of residential properties selling from £250k up to £800k, a mix of 1-2 bedroom apartments up to impressive 5-6 bedroom familyresidences.
We are recruiting a Sales Negotiator with excellent communication skills to join their highly experienced sales team and enjoy a great working environment and a long-term happy career.
The expected earnings for this Sales Negotiator role are £45k OTE in year 1, you also have the benefit of free allocated parking and enjoy a 5 day working week.

Role/responsibilities:
- Sales Negotiator
- Dealing with new enquiries, registering applicants and identifying their specific requirements
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Negotiating offers between vendor and prospective purchaser
- agreeing new sales
- Dealing with Sales progression through to completion
- Keeping vendors regularly updated on the marketing and feedback of their property
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business
- Working closely with the Sales team to achieve objectives
- Build relationships with local investors, landlords, developers and businesses
Experience/skills required:
- Experience working within property sales, Sales Negotiator is ideal but open to Trainees
- Driving licence and own car
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Great work ethic
- Team player
Benefits/package:
- £17k - £25k basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)
- Commission paid on all your personal sales
- £45k On Target Earnings
- 3 months guaranteed salary whilst you build your pipeline of commission

- Working hours: You work a 5 day week, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 18:00, Work alternate Saturdays 8:30 - 17:00 (get a day off during the week when you work on Saturday
