37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 9.00 - 17.00 & Friday 09.00 - 16.30

**Purpose of the role**:

- Providing support to Project delivery team.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with maintaining the standards through various processes.
- Monitoring project delivery Inbox and dealing with any queries/complaints.
- Uploading electronic copies Commissioning/Installation certs etc.
- Provide a link between the Delivery team and the commissioning department.

**Qualifications**
- English GCSE (or Equiv)
- Maths GCSE (or Equiv)

**Skills/Experience**

Communication & Liaising with clients, contractor’s, customers and internal teams.

Ability to manage own workload unsupervised.

Experience of working with customers.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Administration and data entry
- Utilise Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding project delivery requirements.
- Knowledge on the products we provide.

**Personal Qualities/Attributes**
- Converse with a diverse range of people (Internal and external clients).
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to create a strong professional relationship with all interested parties.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
