We are recruiting **Female Personal Assistant** to join our lovely existing team to provide care and support for a lady in her early 20s in the **Catterick area.** You will join us on a **part time, permanent** basis working predominantly short day shifts, 3 to 4 days per week.In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£17.00 per hour.**

We offer a bespoke Case Management Service for people of all ages, with a particular emphasis on those recovering from acquired brain injuries. We have a reputation for taking on the more complex cases, and constantly strive to provide the most efficient and effective service possible.

Ultimately our aim is to empower and support people to reach their full potential and maximize their rehabilitation opportunities in order to promote the best quality of life.

**The Female Personal Assistant Role**:
We are currently recruiting for **Female Personal Assistant** to help and support a lovely lady in her early 20s who has cognitive impairment and anxiety following a brain injury.

The client lives in the Catterick area with her family, and she has a 2 year old child

**What you can expect to be doing as our Female Personal Assistant**:
As a **Female Personal Assistant, **you will support in** **enabling the client to engage in rehabilitation, activities of daily living and recreational activities, in particular accessing the local community.

The client lacks confidence and requires support to build her leisure interests and social opportunities.

You will empower the client to be as independent as possible and provide support and reassurance where required.

**What we are looking for in our Female Personal Assistant**:

- Experience working with brain injury and/or people with mental health difficulties is desirable
- Ability to promote and encourage therapies
- Must be proactive, organised and have a calm and confident demeanor
- Must be enthusiastic, energetic and have a good sense of humour
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to provide support
- Have patience and empathy
- Must be able to participate in a range of activities with the client
- Driver with full UK License essential

The successful **Female Personal Assistant** will receive full training for this role, input from Therapists and regular supervision by Case Manager.
