Care Coordinator

Responsible and caring carer and care co-ordinator required who drives, is willing to complete around 20 hours of calls and is also competent to drive other carers and co-ordinate home care shifts in the Catterick Garrison and Richmond area. Pay starts at £10.70 per hour but this will be reviewed with a view to increasing after 3 months. This role is full time, pension is also provided.

Duties include driving to calls including personal care, preparing meals, liaising with clients and their families, ensuring that carer notes and MAR charts are completed correctly, organising the rota, assisting with the development of risk assessments and care plans.

DBS Check will be required if you are not already on the update service.
