In this role you will be a member of the Maconomy Platform Services team, where you will provide hands on Release & Environment leadership. You will be responsible for managing the release cycle through all environments and streams, including the Release and Environment schedules.

Reporting to the Maconomy Test & Release Manager within the Global QA Hub, this role will be working in the Maconomy ERP stream, and responsible for leading our Release & Environment.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage & Own Release & Environment schedules for our Maconomy ERP platforms.
- Support & enhance our existing Environment usage strategies.
- Advise technical and project teams on the best paths to Production for implementations & changes.
- Arrange Releases to test and downstream environments e.g., Extensions, Reports, MPLs
- Ticket Management within Jira to ensure all tickets are being progressed and are in the correct status.
- Coordinate acceptance of tickets with Design Team & Business Leads
- Co-chairing Ticket Review sessions for the technical teams
- Ensuring environments are ready and available to support the existing Programme and BAU activities.
- Informing users of system down time (e.g., Production releases, Patching, Upgrades, etc)
- Supporting the Test Team on Jira tickets and overflow
- Gatekeeping on the global standards and principles against competing requests and priorities.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement for our Maconomy deployments.
- Informing users of system down time (e.g., Production & BAU releases, Patching, Upgrades, etc)
- Making sure the Release team members are aware of the ongoing activities and tasks to be action on daily basis
- Ensuring best practice is followed in release approaches and project technical deliveries using the correct paths and processes.
- Creating new Projects in Jira
- Creating/Updating Global Config for Jira Projects
- User Management in Jira

**What you'll need**:

- Experience with Test Management Tools, such as Jira, ALM, and/or others
- Strong Excel experience
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Finance and business process understanding
- Awareness of how ERP systems function in large organisations
- Highly motivated, flexible team player with the ability to deliver in a timely and professional manner
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to support multiple activities at one time and prioritize tasks
- Confident managing complex requests including creating small project plans and managing delivery to the plan
