**Post-Doctoral Research Assistant - Credible Witnesses**

**Part time - 0.5 FTE, Fixed Term (12 months)**

**Salary**: Grade 5, is £16,166 - £18,833 per annum including London Weighting

(The full-time equivalent salary for (Grade 5) £32,332- £37,667 per annum including London Weighting.

You will be joining a vibrant research department and will work alongside the Principle Investigator on a 2 year interdisciplinary AHRC funded research project that engages with verbatim, testimonial and autobiographical performance and young people’s experiences of testimonial injustice.

You will have a research background in one or more of the following areas:

- Testimonial, autobiographical or other forms of self-authored performance
- Applied and/ or socially engaged theatre
- Participatory research methods, working with young people.

You will contribute to the research underpinning the project, help evaluate and analyse a series of young people’s workshops and a touring performance, interview practitioners and contribute to other aspects of the project delivery.

We would like to hear from applicants who
- Have a PhD or who will have submitted by 3rd June 2024
- Have experience of working creatively with young people in a range of applied and socially engaged theatre contexts
- Have experience of leading and analysing evaluation processes
- Have experience of working with young people or communities from under served communities.
