A vacancy has arisen for a Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) Assurance Administrator to join our clients team based in central Chichester
The job holder will be responsible for completing the day to day CASS key controls for the Group and working effectively with the business to ensure continuous improvement of CASS Compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing the daily cash transactional process
- Completing the daily, monthly internal and external asset reconciliations
- Completing the daily internal and external client money reconciliations
- Completing the Transfer Agent reconciliations on a weekly basis
- Identifying and ensuring the resolution of the discrepancies highlighted by these reconciliations.
The job holder will be educated to ‘A’ Level standard, numerate and analytical, and ideally have or be working towards the Investment Operations certificate (IOC). Knowledge of CASS, specifically CASS 6 and CASS 7, experience within client money and/or Client Asset reconciliation and second line oversight is highly desirable.
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
