Thecompany has offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Bi-Lingual sales engineer for their Kent office.** The Bi
- Lingual (French & English or German & English) Sales Engineer will be part of the sales/solution engineering team. The purpose of this position is to discuss more complex solutions with customers and work with customers to give expert advice on solutionbest for their business needs.

The responsibilities and duties of the Sales Engineer include:

- Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
- Presenting the product to customers and at external events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
- Assist sales with building business cases for new opportunities
- Work closely with customer to align the technical requirements and the solution design with their business drivers
- Test complex technical/PKI concepts to add value to existing portfolio
- Work with the Professional Services team to assist in initial production set up of solutions for customers
- Assist/ Participate in developing content / demos for webinars, presentations, tradeshows
- Travel as required to other European offices and trade shows
- Responsibility for complying with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to information security and acceptable use, and for undertaking mandatory in-house company training as required.
- Undertake other job responsibilities and accountabilities within the remit of the job role as and when these may arise.
- Essential to be Bi-Lingual, either French & English or German & English
- Excellent customer focus mindset with a general interest in technology
- Understanding of windows environment including Active Directory, Windows Servers/Desktops, Command Prompt, Virtual Machine set-up, etc
- Knowledge of network configuration and components (firewalls, routers etc)
- Strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professional
- Proven time management skills within a dynamic sales environment is essential
- Degree in computer science/ cyber security/ or it certifications is preferred
- Knowledge of PKI (public key infrastructure) is preferred
