**Job Title**: 2nd Line IT Support Technician
**Location**: Newcastle, UK
**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000
**Job Role**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **2nd Line IT Support Technician** to join our client in the IT Solutions space on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and guidance to our clients on a range of IT Solutions issues and queries
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical advice and guidance to our clients in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and maintain IT Solutions systems and software
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
- Provide end user training when required
- Monitor and evaluate system performance
- Respond to enquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Identify potential issues and recommend solutions
**Technical Skills Required**:

- Windows 7 - 10
- Active Directory, Group Policies
- Windows Servers 2016 / 2019
- VMWare, Hyper-V
- DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN

Newcastle | Sunderland | Durham | Northumberland | Washington | Chester-Le-Street
