Ecommerce Content Coordinator

We are looking to grow our digital team with an Ecommerce Content Coordinator. In this role, you will work to support the content and structure of Boden's website to maximise the global growth of the digital business. Working as part of the Digital Content team, you will be the key person responsible for delivering and publishing all website content. There will be a heavy focus on communication with the digital content team to ensure delivery of campaigns. To a lesser extent, you will be involved in the planning and creative stages of content, as well as supporting the Content & Personalisation Manager to deliver the rolling content plan.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update the website in line with updates from Content Planning and Trade Meeting to a high first time accuracy.
- Edit & update HTML and CSS actions and edit experiences in Adobe Target, which support promotions and personalisation. Customising content to support each channel to guarantee it is fit for purpose for online delivery.
- Ensure all content is properly tagged so that accurate analytics reports can be produced by the Analytics and E-com teams.
- Support content improvements and projects to facilitate the business objectives/trading needs.
- Support the other E-commerce Content Coordinators to optimise on-site content campaigns, promotions, messaging and navigation, responding to content, digital trade and data analysis feedback.
- Ensure output is in line with the marketplace and uses actionable insights from content and digital trade analysis.
- Support your colleagues with QA for their projects, paying special attention to cross browser and cross device checks.
- Support the launch and execution of all online site refreshment updates, ensuring that all campaigns are supported by relevant engaging content, that balance commercial and editorial needs.
- Use knowledge of competitor sites and web best practices to ensure a fluid and optimal journey on all the content you produce.
- Proactively track and manage your content workload so that our capacity for upcoming weeks readiness is accurate. As well as ensuring, if there are any issues, the Digital Content Team is aware so we can plan how to triage those issues before go-live.
- Maintain a good relationship with all key teams - Brand, Marketing, Merchandising and Creative - and use touchpoints during the week to gather direction of these teams as a whole and their top priorities for content.
- Be quick to prioritise content based on the benefit to our customer and being able to communicate to the Content team, where necessary, to push back on certain updates.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in a similar Content Production role, building, proofing and improving website content.
- An understanding of Customer Experience and how best to optimize on-site content campaigns.
- An interest in creating, editing and enhancing website content.
- Strong communication skills to manage expectations, flag issues, highlight improvements and report bugs with the Content team.

- Ability to track, manage and prioritise your workload, whilst handling multiple projects at the same time.
