Pro-Fit Group are looking for Project Administrators to join on our Green Energy division.

**The role**

Office Administrator will support multiple projects throughout its entire life cycle, from conception right through to completion. Performing varies tasks including system designs with an understanding of installation specifications, scheduling installations. No 2 days will be the same, and you will be required to react and adapt quickly to the fun, fast paced environment.
- Understand the design of Solar PV. Assist with compiling detailed documentation, inline with specifications.
- Assist the team with general day to day tasks to lead to the success of installations. Which can include management of installers and their teams and stock management.
- Manage all administrative tasks associated with the installations of Solar PV. Which can include collating evidence, collating evidence and submitting for relevant certification, updating Excel spreadsheets and our bespoke database and other general admin duties.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers/clients.
- Be a key driver of internal and external communication between Pro-Fit and its Customers/Clients.
