**Commercial Support Executive**:
As a key contributor, you’ll be involved in assessing the performance of Ageas’ Direct business. This will include the production of lifetime value models, assessing non risk income performance across all income drivers and support in analysing new opportunities for the CVM team and wider Direct Business.
Your role will also involve contributing to the growth of non-risk income. Non-risk income typically refers to revenue generated from sources other than insurance underwriting.
**Main Responsibilities as **Commercial Support Executive**:
- To support the development of new propositions through LTVs and business cases, providing commercial input to the projects.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of MI and reporting data to effectively analyse performance, establish root cause, identify trends, and make recommendation to maximise performance.
- Contribute to the trading performance of all non-risk income channels whilst ensuring that the customer remains at the heart of all we do.
- Evaluate trends and customer behaviours to ensure customers are receiving good customer outcomes.
- To ensure all reports / reporting processes are accurate, robust, and delivered in line with business requirement.
**Skills and experience you need as **Commercial Support Executive**:
- At least 4 years’ experience at a significant level across insurance product related sectors. Ideally within a sales or commercially focused role within the general insurance industry.
- Good understanding of financial performance.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with various functional departments to achieve company goals.
- Insurance industry corporate governance and compliance knowledge.
