**An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join the team at our Head Office based in Leicester.**

We are recruiting for an experienced **Office Administrator **to join our Group of Companies working alongside all departments within the organisation. You will have a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support, managing a workload across various companies, and undertaking project management tasks to assist with the growth and development of Chartwell Trust Care.

Experience in using business communication systems including Slack and Trello is essential, as well as experience of project management, with the ability to manage various projects to a high standard.

You must have at least 3 years’ experience in an Office Administration role and the ability to work in a fast-paced role, managing your own workload. A full driving license is preferred, but not essential.

**About the role**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Being the first point of call by answering, transferring, and managing enquiries via the inhouse phone system. You will also be responsible for taking messages.
- Planning meetings and preparing all documentation including agendas, briefing papers, travel itineraries and producing and circulating accurate minutes.
- Providing administrative support within business meetings including greeting guests, preparing papers, and providing refreshments.
- Supporting the operational team, when required, with note taking, assisting with compliance auditing and other administrative duties.
- Being responsible for the configuration and facilitating of internal software systems.
- Preparing and posting communication for all departments.

You will have the following skills and experience:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage your own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- A high level of IT proficiency including use of Microsoft Office.
- A level of flexibility to provide executive support as and when required.
- Significant experience of multi -tasking, dealing with a high workload, delivering consistently to a high standard.
- A confident telephone manner.
- Uphold confidentiality at all times.

- A competitive salary of **£22,000 - £24,000 **per year dependant on experience.
