**Clinical Supply Specialist**

**Location - Sandwich, Kent**

**Salary - £9.50 - £19.00 per hour**

We have an exciting opportunity in Sandwich for a Clinical Supply Specialist to work for one of our clients. In this role you will be working full time on initially a 12 month contract.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain equipment in validated state
- Support cleaning validation activities
- Create Change Management change requests and oversee through to implementation
- Support GMP compliance
- Internal Packaging Operation support including packaging and labelling of supplies
- Inventory system Reconciliation Reporting
- Document management
- Data entry in applicable GMP inventory/distribution systems
- Printing of supplies/materials/labels
- Quality Control checking of documents, document packages or materials
- Electronic/physical preparation of supplies for shipping
- Escalate issues as needed
- Management of Global mailbox correspondence and filing
- Tracking of requests and orders in support of operations
- Material stock monitoring, usage, and quantity tracking
- Raising shipments and tracking through to delivery and/or receipts
- Monitor timelines, task completions and other data for use in department metrics
- Generate reports/documents from multiple systems
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in technology, equipment validation or process engineering within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong problem-solving skills, project and task management skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work with autonomy
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience & knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Experience in working in a regulated environment/GMP
