**Temporary assignment for 4-6 weeks**
My client is currently recruiting for a temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their small but very busy team in Trowbridge. You will be responsible for the day to day activities of the department which will include, administering supplier invoices,processing payments and resolving supplier account queries.
The role:
- Matching invoices with goods received data
- Resolving differences
- Posting invoices batches on to the system
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Supplier payment runs
- Processing overseas payments
- Managing an filing invoices
- Assisting with general accounts
Person specification:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- AAT qualified
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Highly numerate
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Pro-active and professional approach
- Confident liaising with people at all levels
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 35 hours per week and the role will be based in the office in Trowbridge.
