**Advanced Customer Assistant - Advanced Customer Service Advisor**
**Location** - St Pancras Station
Pay - competitive hourly rate plus excellent benefits (4am-6am get an additional 20% premium for the unsociable hours)
Shift Pattern - 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 3am-11pm
Contract - 35 hours per week, permanent, full time.
**Advanced Customer Service Advisors** have a very exciting role to play in our stores, building rapport with our customers, providing them with an enjoyable journey, sharing your knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for our luxurious products.
**Your responsibilities** will be to:
- Support the Customer Service Leader in inspiring the team and acting as a role model
- Deliver an individualised world class service experience for every customer
- Maximise sales opportunities using world class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
- Open & close, run the store, deliver briefings to team in absence of the customer service leader
- Demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitude
- Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store
