Production at our Worksop site is a highly automated 24/7 operation, and our performance and efficiency is reliant on an excellent team. Working an average of 48 hours per week, our shift Logistics Operatives work a 4 week rotating shift pattern which includes 12 hour days, nights and weekends. The main duties of the role include:

- Efficiently and safely operate all pack line equipment associated with the Logistics job role, including shunting in the yard area and FLT operation
- Operating the weighbridge system and the associated system software
- Carrying out quality control checks, including laboratory testing and data input
- Completion of all pre-start, vehicle hygiene and product protection checks and documentation
- Carrying out maintenance duties as required
- Carrying out cleaning duties as per cleaning schedules
- In emergency situations to support the site by transferring finished products to the Bulk Complex for loading
- Supporting the site by out loading finished products in emergency situations to ensure customers’ orders are met in full and on time
- Daily system load creation and stock level maintenance
- Carry out stocktaking requirements
- Maintain warehouse stocks in date order whilst loading via our system
