School Night Matron

Night Matron - Hailsham, East Sussex
This role is Permanent Term Time only plus 4 weeks.
8.00pm to 8.00am, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis of 4 nights on 4 nights off.

Hourly Rate: £10.90 per hr plus holiday pay.
Our client is a vibrant, inclusive co-educational school covering age ranges from 3 months to 19 years. They require an experienced and proactive individual to join us as a Night Matron at their Senior School in Upper Dicker, near Hailsham.
Reporting to their Assistant Head: Boarding & Boarding HM's, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to provide high quality, clinically effective overnight healthcare to pupils at the Senior School supported by the Medical Centre Team. They will need tobe on call at school ready to attend an unwell pupil who requires overnight care and/or potential clinical assessment outside of the school. The role requires an ability to manage medical emergencies, recognising and responding appropriately to deterioratinghealth conditions and administering medications.
Most of all, they are looking for someone to provide high quality, clinically effective, innovative and inspirational health and wellbeing care to pupils and staff. To have relevant first aid qualifications and competent in first aid. A clean full UK drivinglicence is essential.
This role will be a job share, on a permanent basis, Term Time Only.
Accommodation could be available & can be discussed at interview. This would be ideal for a trainee medical student.
The working hours are 8.00pm to 8.00am, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis of 4 nights on 4 nights off.
