**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for Customer Experience Assistants to support our Treehouse Centre at the Dean Castle Country Park. The Treehouse Centre is a residential centre for overnight or week-long stays for conservation holidays, schools or community groups. This role would entail supporting groups throughout their stay with catering, activities and providing a safe, secure, and positive environment.
The successful applicants will:
- provide a warm welcome and 5 star visitor experience to visitors of all abilities in accordance with the East Ayrshire Leisure Customer Services standards, whilst communicating an excellent knowledge of East Ayrshire Leisure's facilities, events, exhibitions and programmes.
- act as an ambassador for East Ayrshire Leisure, working collaboratively across all key partners and stakeholders developing and maintaining close working relationships and at all times demonstrating integrity and respect.
- ensure the implementation of relevant East Ayrshire Leisure policies.
**Rate of Pay**:
Rate of Pay: £12.59 - £13.25 per hour
Hours worked will be on an 'as and when required' basis.
Night Working Allowance at the rate of time and a third is applicable for hours worked between 10pm and 6am.

Duties within this post include, but not restricted to:
Overnight working including fire warden duties, facility key holding, maintaining security of premises, liaising with overnight guests and general cleaning.
