**The role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Care Assistant in Fairfield Park.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting our residents with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality.
- Working as part of a strong, talented team.
- Helping our residents with their hygiene, mobility and physical comfort.
- Reporting to our dedicated nursing team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred by our residents, colleagues or visitors.
- Undertaking observations of our residents and documenting this as necessary in their care plans.
- Having a positive and friendly disposition.
- Offering ongoing comfort to our residents who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their religious or cultural needs are fulfilled.

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour including £1.10 per hour market supplement
Working hours:Full-time Roles, 36 hours over 7 day rota
- 20:00-08:00
(Required to work every other weekend - 2 week rolling rota)
**What you will need to succeed**
- Share in our values with a genuine interest in caring for vulnerable residents.
- Have a personal or professional experience in caring for others.
- Be eager and willing to undertake further training.
- Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care (desirable).
