**Job Summary: 6 Month Temporary Contract**

The role’s going to require someone who is good at admin, patient & polite & friendly, doesn’t need much direction and can take hold of something with both hands, literate as mentioned Good communication skills and can write well, had good time management, and organised.

**Accountabilities/Responsibilities**
- Converting sales leads into viewing appointments and bookings
- Identifying the sales opportunities and customer needs
- Delivering daily and weekly targets including conversion tracking
- Updating all databases accurately to allow for effective analysis
- Liaise with the property teams regarding local sales activity and ensure they have all the tools required locally to drive lead conversion
- Ensure all enquiries are logged and all sales processes and policies are followed.
- Ensure all enquiries are followed up using all routes for contacting and converting to a booking in line with the sales process
- Demonstrate a clear knowledge of the properties and keeping up to date with all activity throughout the year
- Ensure deadlines are met

**Skills**
- Must have very strong written English skills for communication with customers.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent admin, organisational skills and time management skills.
- Negotiating skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to achieve goals and targets within timescales.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
