**HR Apprenticeship**

In this permanent role, you’ll work in our People team in a number of placements across Resourcing, Employee Relations and our generalist HR Business Partner teams, supporting our 40,000 team members across the UK. You’ll study for your level 5 CIPD apprenticeship, which will give you all the knowledge you need to grow a fantastic career in HR. We are a business powered by our incredible team members in our hotels & restaurants, and our people team are dedicated to enabling our teams to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences to our guests.

We’re looking for the future leaders of our business, the ones with the drive, innovative thinking and strategic mindset to lead us into the next phase of our success as an organisation. For this apprenticeship role you will need:

- 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at Grade 4 ( C ) or above
- A proven interest in working in a strategic HR role
- The potential to become a future leader of our business.
