Basic Salary for the role is £50,000 - £75,000 + Bonus potential over £100,000

Client-Centric Approach: The team believe in doing the right thing for our clients and maintaining long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.

End-to-End Support: They provide full DIS, Admin, and Para Planning support, allowing you to focus on what you do best - advising your clients.

Advanced Technology: Harness the power of our cutting-edge POS system, XPlan, and leverage our digital communication methods to connect with clients effectively.

What We Look For:
Qualifications: Hold a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent) and maintain CF30 status in accordance with FCA regulations.

Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate a client-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and professionalism.

Tech-Savviness: Embrace virtual and digital communication methods to engage with clients effectively.

Business Development: Proven experience in networking and attracting new clients through effective business planning and building relationships.
