**Temporary Receptionist - Doncaster**
Clemence Rogers are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist to join a well-established team in Doncaster.
**Key responsibilities of a Temporary Receptionist**:
- Answer incoming calls (internal/external) as quickly as possible in a professional and effective manner and redirect to appropriate person/department.
- Take any message and re-direct to appropriate person.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by management.
- Order office stationary as and when required.
- Sorting and distributing posts.
- Welcome visitors and advise appropriate person.
- Other reasonable duties required on an ad hoc basis as requested by management.
**Requirements of a Temporary Receptionist**
- Previous office experience, including answering phones, providing a reception service and dealing with a range of administrative tasks.
- Previous experience within a receptionist role.
- Good IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to converse effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work to own initiative.
- Ability to accurately take messages and follow up where necessary.
- Highly organised.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Be able to prioritise between conflicting demands.
- To be able to provide cover for sickness/absence where required.
**Hours**
- Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 1.00pm.
- 25 Hours a week
**This is a part time temporary role.
