**Job Description**:
As a Bosch Automotive Technical Trainer, you will support the Curriculum Assessment Lead to develop and deliver the apprenticeship curriculum content.
- Support and motivate apprentice development of knowledge, skills and behaviours in line with progress targets and programme quality metrics.
- Plan and conduct remote and training centre delivery sessions as well as manage individual apprentice welfare & progress for a cohort of learners.
- Accurately monitor and update Individual Learning Plans, assessment plans, block reports and other required documentation and systems.
- Actively contribute during apprentice “at-risk” meetings with Programme Coordinators and colleagues to coordinate early successful interventions and address identified issues
- Working closely with The Curriculum and Assessment Lead and Programme Coordinators, facilitate / conduct the delivery of Bosch centre devised assessments and End Point Assessments

Qualifications**
Essential requirements**:

- Possess the relevant experience and qualifications in associated vocational areas
- Functional Skills Level 2 standard of education in English and Mathematics
- Flexible and well organised to manage several tasks at once.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- IT literate with skills to develop and maintain documents and records in online systems
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and problem solving ability.
- Good written and spoken English.
- The flexibility to travel throughout the UK is required in order to support business activities. This will entail participation in events outside of normal working hours and staying away from home..
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
**Desired knowledge and skills**:

- Ability to use multimedia technologies to effectively deliver a blended learning curriculum
- Develop and maintain training and quality accreditations for the business
- Experience in building and managing professional relationships
- Able to communicate and make presentations professionally at all levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to research and extract latest vehicle technologies to differentiate between essential and supplementary knowledge required for apprenticeship delivery
- Passionate about sales and business development.
- Ability to work with all stakeholders as directed, to develop and maintain training and quality accreditations for the business
