Are you a customer service pro with a knack for de-escalating difficult situations? We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join our compliants handling team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers, you will be the first point of contact for customers to deal with and resolve their issues relating to home emergency matters.

Reporting into the Customer Relations Manager this is a customer facing role with a primary focus on maintaining the high service levels upheld by the customer relations department.

Essential role functions include but are not limited to:

- Handling and resolving complaints in accordance with service standards and FCA regulations including corresponding with policyholders, contractors, claim suppliers, vehicle recovery operators and solicitors by letter and telephone.
- Providing prompt and clear communications to the complainant within regulatory timescales.
- Ensure consistent and fair customer outcomes by assessing all aspects of the complaints received in line with similar past cases/decisions.
