We are looking for a Complaints Handler to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our customers, you will be the first point of contact for customers to deal with, fully investigate and ultimately resolve their issues relating to legal expenses matters.
Reporting into the Customer Relations Manager this is a front-line customer facing role with a primary focus on maintaining the high service levels upheld by the customer relations department.
Essential role functions include but are not limited to:
- Handling and resolving complaints in accordance with service standards and FCA regulations including corresponding with policyholders, contractors, claim suppliers and solicitors by letter and telephone.
- Providing prompt and clear communications to the complainant within regulatory timescales.
- Ensure consistent and fair customer outcomes by assessing all aspects of the complaints received in line with similar past cases/decisions.
