Performance and Quality Lead Send

**You will lead in the specialist areas of**: Projects and workstreams associated with the Wiltshire SEND and Inclusion Strategy (2020- 2023) and the Wiltshire High Needs Block recovery plan from the inception to completion of a piece of work or project. This will include work which develops the provision available to learners with SEND in Wiltshire and leading on workstreams delivering on this area of work. Work which relates to the statutory functions and requirements of a Local Authority in relation to SEND. This will include the development of systems and oversight of the statutory functions undertaken by this team.
Ensuring that quality remains a key focus and driver for all of the work undertaken within the SEND&I service area and that systems are in place to monitor and review this. This will include the development, oversight and refinement of these systems as well as being a key point of contact in relation to data which is required internally, for example through reports to committee and SEND Board and by the DfE and other external bodies.
