A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be a part of the team of the new Thermal Spa at The Bedford Swan. The Thermal Spa includes a vitality pool and range of thermal experiences for both hotel guests and non-residents to enjoy.

We are seeking hands-on, pro-active individuals with a passion for customer service and great attention to detail to be responsible for the day to day running of the Thermal Spa. Thermal Spa attendants will be responsible for ensuring that all Health & Safety checks are complete, equipment and plant are running correctly and that all areas are presented correctly, clean and tidy at all times. From checking in guests and providing excellent customer service to managing the laundry and serving drinks, the job is varied and interesting.

Applicants must be willing to attend pool plant and lifeguard training and be happy/motivated working on their own. Please note there are no facilities for beauty treatments at the spa, it is a thermal experience only.

**This role is a 40 hour per week contract, working five days out of seven including weekends.**
