Grafton Manor is a 19-bedded residential service, which supports individuals with an acquired brain injury (ABI), including traumatic brain injury (TBI) and progressive neurological conditions (PNCs). The home is located semi-rurally, in the village of Grafton Regis, close to Northampton.

You will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too - our residents participate in day trips, charity events and much more
